We use only traditionally fermented soy sauce, doenjang (Korean soybean paste), and cold-pressed oils, all crafted from domestic ingredients. We’d like you to experience the clean, rich flavors of the food we prepare with care.

Both our Insa-dong and Bukchon restaurants offer vegan-friendly meals—including rice, soup, and all side dishes—so that vegans can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
In addition, we offer top-quality meat options, including 100% grass-fed Korean beef (Hanwoo) from Puloman Ranch and antibiotic-free pork raised on non-GMO feed, as well as seafood dishes such as steamed rockfish. This allows both vegans and non-vegans to enjoy their meals together in comfort.
